Facilitate Outreach Strategy: Provide operational and legal administrative consulting services to a host of clients such as DoorDash, CVS, Kennametal, Target, Maxus Energy, and Dr Pepper.
Database Management: Manage Xera database, inputting and exporting essential documents (legal complaints, insurance notices, etc.) while generating monthly reports detailing short term and long-term progress.
Client Interfacing: Work alongside our client’s executives to devise and develop a claims intake process for DoorDash delivery services, providing consulting advice on best long-term practices to manage high volumes of both auto related and general liability claims submitted by DoorDash drivers and customers, processing roughly 750-1000 complaints weekly.

HR Strategy Lead: Oversaw all recruiting and placement practices for multiple regions (Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City), facilitating account communication with platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Managed recruiting initiatives for these four national HR teams to address crucial temp staff shortage, resulting in the hiring of 76 temp legal support staff in a six-month period with a 90% retention rate. Supervised employees across multiple regions (50-100 temp employees at any given time), serving as first point of contact regarding staffing logistics, and questions or concerns from both clients and candidates.
HR Operation Coordination: Facilitated all aspects of the HR component with each hired candidate, from terminations, promotions, background checks, salary negotiations, performance evaluations, etc. Led several projects on improving department processes in these areas.
