Worked on-site with a team of dedicated technicians at the DCAA headquarters to provide professional assistance to over 5000 employees across the globe within the guidelines provided by the Department of Defense. Ensured daily/weekly video teleconference meetings between the Director of the DCAA and over 23 members of the Senior Executive Service at DCAA facilities and the Pentagon worked reliably and securely according to United States Government Contract Managers.

-Provided end user device support to include all aspects of client incidents including, but not limited to; installing, connecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and deploying government issued laptop/desktop hardware and all networked and non-network peripherals and software and requests escalated from the Service Desk utilizing remote access, if necessary, to isolate and resolve issues.

-Perform new hardware and software integration and standardization, testing, evaluation, configuration control, and administration of laptop/desktop systems hardware and software and monitor by using SCCM and Splunk and proprietary software; reporting formal results to the United States Government.

-Assisted with deployment and testing of various VPN environments for use on over 4000 laptops/desktops across the globe.

-Monitor, schedule, test, and troubleshoot internal Agency and external VTC events.

-Upgrade and configure VTC software for local Polycom servers at headquarters and over 30 endpoints across the nation.

-Maintain, and make available, a VTC user manual for DCAA employees detailing procedures and steps required to host/participate in a VTC event including integration of Lync video calls or other VTC systems. Train end users on how to initiate and complete various types of video teleconferences.

-Facilitate any VTC event with a Senior Executive Service (SES) participant with or without advanced notice.

-Maintain VTC compliance with DOD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), as requested by the Government.

-Maintain and monitor Microsoft Lync integration for VTC enterprise. DCAA uses Microsoft Lync on all laptops for voice, video and texting. DCAA has integrated this LYNC solution with VTC.

-Provide technical research and advice for the VTC enterprise. Made the DCAA informed of any current technology and trends that would benefit the Agency.
