Comparison of Online and Offline Monitoring of Surface Roughness in CNC End Milling of Inconel 718. (2018-19) In this work L9 OA is used for design of experiment first with 3 levels of depth of cut, feed and speed and then with four levels of depth of cut speed, feed and RMS value after signal processing. After the experimentation comparison is done and it is found that online motoring has less error over offline monitoring of surface roughness. ACHIEVEMENTS
