Performed manual calculations for the required wall thickness for the piping/pipeline systems according to ASME B31.3 & B31.4 and estimated piping networks length/class for the project.

Performed full design of crude oil and diesel tanks and performed required testing as per API-650.

Investigated causes of equipment failure. Developed repair methods & design changes.

Early Production Facilities Project

Led 2 sub-contractors and their teams (more than 200 technicians) in constructing 2 crude oil tanks, 1 diesel tank, piping networks and installing pumps, vessels and mechanical equipment and apply the required tests.

Hadida Diesel Station Project

Led 2 sub-contractors and their teams (more than 80 technicians) in constructing 1 diesel tank, piping networks and installing pumps and loading arm.

Field Surface Facilities Project

Led a team of twenty mechanical technicians to construct aboveground and underground piping according to ASME standards.

Mechanical Engineer Intern. KSM for Engineering & Contracting, Khartoum, Sudan. January – June 2014

Performed manual calculation for the required cooling load, the required number of fire sprinklers.

Led a team of 8 technician on constructing plumbing pipes based on the approved drawings.

Wad Medani College Project

Calculated the required cooling load and number of fire sprinklers for 7 floor building using Elite software and used CAD/MEP for drawing/designing the project.
