• Led the spin-off from Verifone to a private sector company – Managed the transition and reengineered corporate support services (Finance, Legal, IT, Supply chain)

• Operations – Renegotiate major vendor contracts, such as telecommunication and wireless data vendors, Reduced annual wireless expense from $5.5 MM to $2.5MM. New ERP system implementation.

• P&L improvements – Increased FY18 revenue by 20% vs. FY17 and improved EBDITA by 115% vs. FY17 2009 – 2017 Verifone New York City, New York
