Drafting and preparing technical correspondence, reports, emails and memos to the contractors and clients, as well as preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports with respect to project schedules, resources and contractual obligations.

Reviewing, verifying and justifying the cost proposals and interim payment certificates submitted by the contractor and determining the percentage of the completed work.

Monitoring and witnessing all on-site electrical installation, tests, FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, start-up and energization activities to ensure that all electrical work are complying with the project requirements and reviewing tests results generated by the contractor or by independent test agencies and approving those with respect to approved plans and procedures (ITP), quality requirements, method statement and contract requirements.

Ensure that the contractor comply with project specs, applicable codes and approved shop drawings in terms of Design, materials and workmanship standards. Issue site instructions and Non-Conformance Report to the contractor on all corrective action to deviations.

Preparing final snag list and TOC (taking over certificate) for handing over to client.
