TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I have 4.5 years of Experience in design field.

Currently working as a PRODUCT MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY) in DURR INDIA PVT LTD at Chennai in the deputation from Runiks technology(from 2018).

Products I have worked on CTS (Clean Technology System) like RTO, SCRUBBER, DUCT, DUCT SUPPORT, PIPE SKID, BLOWER, DAMPER, VALVES.

I worked as a SPM design engineer in VAMTEC MACHINE AND AUTOMATION PVT LTD CHENNAI (Since 2016).

Products I have worked in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) like Tube Trimming Machine, Tube Expander, Test rig.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY

Designing of REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER (RTO) based on customer specification.

Leading three candidates and guiding them to provide detailing drawing.

Accruing of BOM and releasing as PROCUREMENT list.

Good Knowledge on PI&D,PFD,Layout, and Load plan, IS 808, ASME B16.5, ASME B31.1, and ASME B31.3.

Checking Detailing drawing like Duct, Isometric Piping Drawing, Piping Skid support, RTO, SCRUBBER & Overall assembly.

Checking the specifications for brought out drawings like Blower, Damper, Actuator, and Burner.

PR raising in SAP & Vendor follow up & solving quires.

Maintaining Weight list, Valve list, material list, Fasteners list in MS EXCEL.

Performing other related duties as required under the direction of the Manager (Product Development Engineering department).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

B.E in the stream of Mechanical Engineering from V V College of Engineering with First class of 7.4/10.

Passed HSC in First class, 72.75% from Kanchi sankara academy matric HR. sec. School in 2012.
