Commputer skills. Having undertaken various computer units in my first and second year in campus, my interaction with various computer software during my academic industrial attachment and frequent interaction with word processing software during previous writing jobs have all served to equip me with a sound base of computer related skills.
Written communication skills. These have been acquired through writing jobs and in campus by virtue of carrying out frequent research and doing assignments where aspects such as clarity, conciseness, grammar, punctuation, thorough editing and tone were greatly emphasized. Strong research skills. As a result of previous writing jobs and academic research at the university, the culture of finding trustworthy information from reliable online sources has been ingrained in me thus ensuring thorough research.
Adaptability. Being constantly presented with a variety of academic research topics requiring different tones and styles has contributed to me being an adaptable individual as a result of differing requirements in the various writing jobs.
