Worked as Assistant Manager in Foundry of Karachi Shipyard Engineering Works Limited (Ministry of Defence Production Pakistan). From 8th July,2020 to 30th October,2020.

o Reporting to GM & DGM Production.

o Generating the daily melting schedule, ensuring proper preparations are made before pouring. i. e process control in melting. Relining and sintering of induction furnace and operation of the induction furnace.

o Planning & executing the Shop-floor operations Like Induction Melting & Cupola Melting; Charge calculation, melt composition adjustment, pouring. Moulding; Maintaining the Quality and quantity of mould and moulding sand. Ensuring Heat treatment activities like Annealing, and Tempering. o Improving Quality / Productivity / Reliability at manufacturing with continual improvement.

o Supervised Safety of people and equipment by ensuring safety systems are in place and rigorously monitored and controlled the substandard conditions in the plant and ensured total safety.

Worked as Management Trainee Officer in Foundry of Karachi Shipyard Engineering Works Limited. From 22nd January,2019 to 7th July,2020.

o Assist in other activities from time to time that may be requested by the department Deputy General Manager in the execution of new projects. o Assist in developing new procedures for steel and cast iron melting as per customers requirement.

o Submitting proposals for developing cost savings, rework procedures and recipes in heat treat.

o Manage the strohlein apparatus in foundry’s lab and responsible to operate it efficiently in analyzing carbon and Sulphur.

o Performs material qualification activities using company engineering standards. Create/update engineering standards as necessary. o Responsible of Heat treatment processes for improving mechanical properties as per customer requirement.

o Assist the whole production team in achieving the casting of some intricate and heavy castings.

Worked as Assistant Head in Quality Assurance Department of Baluchistan Glass Limited from 9th January,2018 to 20th January,2019. o Established and maintained Quality standards and procedures for production. o Made certain GMP’s and acceptable production standards are being followed and adhered to.

o Intervened when appropriate to correct and realigned procedures to maintain quality standards.

o Was responsible for maintaining a current awareness of Regulatory issues, and the implementation of compliance requirements. o Was responsible to maintain positive communications and relationships with employees and management to effectively communicate Quality standards and/or procedural revisions.

Roll crusher A prototype was made to reduce the particle size to required size. Scarp was used to make it cost effective.
