Help support an overall operating budget of approximately $10M and ensure the effective utilization of up to 250,000 troy ounces of precious metal/year.

Responsible for the PGM coating of diesel Catalysts and filters
Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the equipment associated with the manufacturing of products as well as controlling the production process
Lead efforts to optimize the process parameters to improve efficiency and minimize LTY
Coordinate with other departments to make sure production is on track and prevent downtime
Provide daily reports on specific operating results and find methods of process/procedure improvements
