Job Profile:
Ensure Mechanical facility and utility system operations and maintenance.
Mechanical efficiency of the moving components.
Constant and adequate lubrication where needed to reduce wear and tear.
Ensure proper cycle of machines to allow for continuous operation and maintain even use for all machines while allowing maintenance teams to examine and repair any possible parts of the machines in the down cycle.
Work with Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers to ensure continuous constant operation of the plant.
Establish and improvise lifecycle management plans for greater efficiency.
Coordinate with vendor, design contractors and project leaders.
Modify existing products and recommend development of new ones.
Contribute in costs reduction activities and proper analysis of projects.
Handled client Inquiries and management of plant activities.
Managed a team of Fitters,Welders,Boiler and Turbine at plant.
Managed Ash handling and Fuel process of Plant.
