Global Parts Supply Chain management organization specializing in warranty spare parts fulfillment service escalations and call center support for field technicians.

Managed Customer Services and Escalation Group as the single point of entry into North America for resolution on orders fulfilled. Handled < 100-part escalations per 24-hour day.

Managed and staffed front-end phone coverage people to insure metrics were met for time to pick up > 15 seconds, dropped calls < 2/per minute and closure % < 50 %.
