1.Originating quality loans.

Marketing bank products and ensure growth to both assets and liabilities books.

Acquisition and retention of customers.

Receiving and vet credit applications against the bank criteria.

Analyze, summarize, and prepare loan disbursement documents.

Lend and make a margin to the institution.

2.Maintenance and loan repayment.

Ensure timely loan repayment.

Advice clients on cash flow management.

Risk management.

Proper follow up of loan accounts in arrears and executive due recovery.
