CAREER SUMMARY

I have been working as a Project co-ordinator in SMH RAIL SDN.BHD.,(MALAYSIAN company),Tanzania project (Locomotive Re-engineering/MRO project) since January’2019

Nine months worked as a JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER in SMH RAIL SDN.BHD., (MALAYSIAN company), Zambia project (Locomotive Re-engineering).

Four Months Worked as a design Faculty in MSME, Central tool room & training centre, Bhubaneshwar

One year experience as a production engineer trainee in TVS Sundaram Fasteners Ltd., Gummidipoondi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

.Currently I play the major role in bogie section for 64 class locomotives (Re-engineering project)

I have enough knowledge in assembling the Traction motor with wheel set,suspension bearing setting and clearance checking. Having good knowledge in marking, setting and assembling of rigging items with proper clearance in bogie

I performed marking of MS sheet for entire fabrication work in locomotives

As a project CO-Ordinator, monitoring the locomotives for proper maintenance

Communicate with Chief controller, Railway station foreman and Locomotive maintenance manager(Tanzania Railway Corporation) to arrange the loco for schedule maintenance

Maintain the maintenance, repair and overhauling history for 88U class locomotives(16nos. of locos)

Making of monthly maintenance bill to claim from Tanzania Railway Corporation.

Make presentations for weekly meeting to achieve 100% Quality assurance.

Supporting senior railway supervisors to handle the workers.

Track the day to day movement of locomotives and update to the Headquarter(Malaysia) on daily basis.

Maintain the availability and reliability for the locomotives.

Analyzing the root cause, remedies and making of failure reports.

Support the account to maintain monthly budget.

Prepare the material requirement list for the proper maintenance of locomotives and requisition given to headquarter on monthly basis.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Master of CAD/CAM course in MSME, Central Tool Room&Training centre, Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) with 85% of Marks.

B.E. (Automobile) from Anna University of Technology (BIT Campus), TIRUCHIRAPALLI with 75% of Marks.

Higher Secondary (XIIthstd) from SAMS Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram with 94% of Marks.

SSLC from AVMS Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Ramanathapuram with 90% of Marks.
