Main responsibility can be summarized as follows:

1- Concept Design stage

Developing the concept design as per client’s requirements and in line with UAE local authorities’ requirements and regulations including but not limited to DM, ADM, RTA, DOT, NFPA, DIC & Civil Defense, Estidama and green buildings, Universal accessibility code, Dubai Police, and others.

Preparing the full Architectural primary submissions required for other special developers/ local authorities’ approval (Nakheel, Trakhees, JAFZA, DAR, TDIC, …. etc.)

2- Design Development stage

Coordinated with SMEP design disciplines to ensure full coordination and all the client’s requirement have been met with no fail. Implement the all authorities’ requirements in the detail design drawings 3- Detail Design Stage

Coordinate with the CAD team and other engineers to ensure preparing all detailed design package and handing all correspondences required for the Authorities’ submissions including NOCs forms and authorities’ letters preparation, and follow up with concerned authorities to respond and close all comments until getting the Building Permit Preparing the Architectural color code plans required for Civil Defense submissions according to U.A.E Fire and Life Safety regulations, in line with MEP design (firefighting, fire Alarm, LPG design... etc.) and follow up with Civil Defense until getting the final NOC. Joining meetings for technical discussions with the clients, local authorities and other concerned consultants and developers as needed. Developing special Detail for the project with the CAD and project Architects team.
