I am certified and licensed in the following, electrical installation, boilers, sprinklers, fire department building maintenance and safety, S95 and stand pipe. I am also well versed and experience with installing sheetrock, caulking, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning and waxing floors. I also am very familiar with the process of ordering supplies, keeping track of work orders and inspections. I take pride in my organizations skills and my efficiency as a building superintendent the fire department for building maintenance and safety. I am currently working on obtaining certification for "Green" building.
