1.Clients manifesting at different jetties / location. 2. Allocation of ferries to various jetties / locations for pick ups 3. Periodical conduction of emergency drill.

4. Always on stand by to respond to distress call. 6. Allocation of skippers and deckhands to each ferry. 7. Coordination of passengers / clients at different jetties before and after loading point. 8. Proper arrangements of the boat / ferries to ease congestion, therefore ensuring that they put on the proper foot wear and wearing of life jackets.

9. Allocation of ferry supervisors to different ferries for inspection and proper checkups and servicing. 10. Monitors and updates logistics database and provide statistical information on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly logistics operations for management decisions. 11. Identifies training needs and facilitates capacity development of logistics crew for job performance improvements.

12. Facilitates logistics and operations crew personnel engagement for excellent service delivery. 13. Strategic work shift management of logistics crew members for optimal performance. 14. Promotes excellent customer service relationship to drive logistics operations. 15. Administers departmental standard of procedure (SOP) for daily logistics and business operations. 16. Ensures safety standards and policies are adhered to by all stakeholders. 17. Ensures compliance with international standard organization (ISO 9001:2015) regulations amongst internal and external stakeholders.

18. Supervise, monitor and coordinate all offshore marine logistics operations in compliance with local and international laws.

19. Supervise and ensure LADOL’s marine craft are well maintained and serviced for marine logistics operations.

20. Strategic management of resources such as fuel usage, marine craft, marine crew, spare part records and tracking usage.
