●Understand Quick Solver product and WINS system and develop program to integrate QS policy data with WINS policy billing system to automate billing process.

●Seneca WebApps suite (collectively called SenTrac) – C# web form UI for submissions and closing (SenTrac), inspections (SenSpec), agent management (Agent List), and user / permissions / logic settings management (Administration), and reports (SenTrac, Agent List, SenSpec); uses several tools like Crystal Reports, AJAX control toolkit, SQL mailer, and internally hosted web service functions)

●Electronic Policy Delivery (EPD) – a C# console application file layer batch process which moves / combines policy and pay plan PDF files for new business and endorsements to their Image Right and Share File destinations.
