Rolls and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Installation, Preventive, Corrective and Shutdown Maintenance and Machine and Equipment.

• Reporting to Manager – Maintenance.

• Response For all production machinery, automatic assembly and packing machines, Filling Machines, Labeling Machines, Punching machines, Heating furnace, Horizontal bead mill.

• Operation, Maintenance and testing of Air Compressor / chillers/ Air drier / DM plant / Boiler.

• Identifying the root cause of failure in Machines, troubleshooting for elimination of identified problems & implement modifications.

• Troubleshoot processes to reduce the rate of errors and breakdown, evaluated breakdown and implement preventative measures for the future.

• Skilled in implementing CLTI (Cleaning Lubrication Tightening and Inspection) carrying out periodic checks to ensure the performance of various equipment and Maintaining the document.

• Supervising the installation of new machinery and equipment replacing.

• Executing cost-saving techniques and measures to achieve a substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and working within the Budget.

• Planning and Effectuating predictive & Preventive Maintenance Schedules for various equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability.

• Monitoring simulation and loop checking of various instruments as pre company standards/specifications.

• Response for 5’S principle implement in production area and maintain.

• Training done in first aid, fire & Safety, 5’S.
