SC Army National Guard: Apache Helicopter Pilot, Company Commander
McEntire Joint National Guard Base, Eastover, SC February 2015-Present, Full time since November 2018
Apache Helicopter Pilot and HHC Company Commander for the South Carolina Army National Guard. Currently serving as full-time support for the unit and flight operations; responsible for continuous improvement and special projects within the flight facility; as well as the training, and supervision of roughly 90 Soldiers.
Given position of Task Force Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) Officer. Responsible for overall maintenance, accountability, and management of all ALSE equipment for over 150 crew members and pilots.
Served as a Training Officer for a company with 102 assigned personnel. Responsible for all administrative issues, human resource actions, and overall management of all assigned personnel on a day-to-day basis.
Operations Manager
Target Distribution Center, Lugoff, SC September 2016-November 2018
Responsible for the scheduling of team members, planning of truck unloading, basic human resources actions, and overall operations of the inbound department on a given shift.
Assumed position with team being 102nd out of 104 in the network and last in the building. Within four months, team improved to 48th in the network and first overall in the building.
Assisted with the building’s movement to a lean organization.
High School Public Safety Teacher, Head JV Boys Basketball Coach
Richmond Senior High School, Rockingham, NC, August 2013-February 2015
Instructor in a career and technical education class that readies 10th-12th grade students for employment in Public Safety career fields. Responsible for developing curriculum and lesson plans for a pilot course at Richmond Senior High School.

Platoon Leader/Fire Support Officer
US Army, Fort Drum, NY, September 2009-August 2013
Responsible for the training, readiness, certification, basic human resources actions, and general welfare of 42 Soldiers and the accountability of equipment worth over $6 million
Led a Platoon that was given the distinction of having the Best Artillery Section and Best Fire Direction Center during the Battalion Best Section Competition and Certification
Responsible for the combat readiness, tactical employment, and overall effectiveness of a fire support team through Brigade Certifications and combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Given the responsibility of US Liaison Officer to the Iraqi Security Forces in a joint Command Post during the unit’s deployment; Responsible for teaching and mentoring Iraqi Security Forces on tasks ranging from security operations to daily report writing.
