Design and development of new product and manufacturing processes of engineers resulting in improved productivity of 6% reduced supplier defects by 40%; reduced overtime hours by 30% and reduction of production costs by $150 per Auto.

Leadership: Develop and production rear seats and test equipment for Auto seats, Airbags, seat belts
Change agent: New systems implementation yield $ 500 TSUSD, a year in cost reduction of rework, process techniques achieving savings of 35% direct labor costs and 30% controllable labor and productivity costs.
Educator/mentor: Design of training, train and mentor junior engineers, provide training in new test equipment ISO/VDA 6.1, results are improved product life, rework reduction, scrap reduction and customer satisfaction.
Results: Increased in customer satisfaction of 30%, scrap reduction of 600 TSUSD, labor reduction 30% Cost savings due to new systems implementations of 500 TSUSD.
