Profile
10 years of experience with the capacity of QA/QC Engg/ Inspector in various industrial sectors, Oil and gas, Refinery and Petrochemical plants, power plants etc.
Fabrication of Piping, Pressure vessels and other Equipments,documentation of History Sheet etc.
Construction Drawings such as P&ID, Piping Isometrics, Equipment, GAD &Documentation as per Construction and,Materials Standards such as ASTM / ASME SA 106, SA 515,SA 516, SA 312,SA 240,SA 234 etc and with ANSI Standards of B 31.1,B 31.3,B 36.10,B16.5,16.9etc.
Fabrication and erection of all type of steel structure,pipe rack,bridges,platforms,care griders,and hand rails . material standard of steel structure AWS D1.1.
Welding inspection, dimensional inspection and painting inspection of piping and steel structure
Review and verification of welding procedure qualification and witness by procedure qualification as per sec IX,ASME B31.1, B31.3 etc.
Monitoring of weld repair
To identify noncompliances and follow up with corrective action.
Welder qualification,performance of welder and their certificate prepare.
Preperation of inspection reports
Planning for NDT as per relevant code and clients requirements
Monitoring preheating, post heating
Inspection of material and preperation of reports.
Insulation of piping and ducting as per IS.
Carry out inspection of surface preperation & painting works.
Witnessing and carrying out the checks accompanied with pre application, application e.g. surface preparation,climate conditions, material preparation, after application checks, marking area of defects and assurance of repair compliance, validity of equipment and material storing conditions etc..
Study of clients specification and developing technical procedure according to the standards and requirements specified,attending the pre job conference and the periodical meeting.
Experience of all coating inspection instruments/ gages and test kits in level of using that includes; climate conditions gages and measurements . DFT magnetic /ultrasonic gages and measurements. Surface visible cleanliness comparators. Surface profile gages, surface contamination test instruments, surface temperature thermometers, pinholes, holiday and discontinuity testers of dry applied coats. Adhesion testers of dry applied coats.
Preliminary design and check all the painting and protective coating system . Methode of application included : spraying (air, airless and plural component spray systems), field and shop application.
Witnessing and approving pre-job evaluation / after completion final acceptance tests.
A dynamic professional with construction Planning. Dedicated personnel engaged in Progress Monitoring, Materials Management, Job scheduling & analyzing.
Managing materials and controlling materials flow according to progress plan and schedule. Confirming the quantity and quality of the same as required. Team building and co-ordination with Internal Department in order to achieve the scheduled targets by conforming timely procurement of resources.
