Thermal Analysis for Water Cooled magnetics products
I have done number of thermal analysis for various water cooled
Magnetic products to find the temperature gradient between
natural Convection and Water cooled system. Thermal model
was done by Solid works and the outputs were found to be
matching the real sample.

Solenoid
I have designed a solenoid to achieve the force of 3.5 Ton
to crimp 3 type of wire with C clamp . The solenoid
Consist of an electromagnetic inductive coil, Wound around
a movable Rod or plunger. The coil is shaped such that the
plunger can be moved in and out of the centre, Altering the
coils inductance and thereby becoming an electromagnet.
The plunger is used to provide a mechanical force to revert
the c clamp.
