WORK HISTORY

Moorecroft Systems Contractor Jan 2020 – Present

I was contracted at CHS in Inver Grove Heights, MN. I worked in the CMIS (Contract Management Information Systems) utilizing COBOL 400. We increased the schedule numbers in the primary file contracts. It had over 377 programs, screens and database changes. It was installed with minor issues. In addition, I added edits to ensure the Promo and Discounts are applied to shipments correctly.

SpartanNash Programmer Analyst III June 2017 – Jan 2020

SpartanNash is a retail, food distribution and military services provider for several branches across the United States and military centers across the world. Created two new LPAR systems for Omaha Cigarettes and the RX systems. The systems included EDI, Accounts Receivable, Order Management interface, Warehouse Interfaces, Handheld interfaces and Data Warehousing interfaces and various other vendor software uploads and downloads. In depth trainer for all new contractors and new employees in our area.

Simacor Contractor Nov 2016-April 2017

Simacor is a contracting house located in Plymouth, MN. I contracted at McKesson documenting the gaps (special processes) in programs as they are going to a new programming language and a new platform.

Christopher and Banks Senor Developer June 2013 – November 2016

Christopher and Banks own over 500 women’s clothing stores. Converted an allocation system from SQL server to the AS/400 using RPG free and embedded SQL causing the inventory amounts to match the Stock Ledger.. Designed, wrote and implemented several program feeds to other systems (Point of Sales System, Data Warehouse System and MFP (Materials File Planning). Modified nightly, weekly and monthly processing to ensure things worked properly.

Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS) is a world class leader in Information Technology Systems including Government Solutions in the Waite Park, MN offices. The Waite Park offices utilize Tax Collection Systems and Government Financial Software I was a Technical Project Manager of the New York Tax Collection System (Supporting 5 counties).

Converted RPG36 and COBOL36 to RPGILE Embedded SQL and COBOL embedded SQL.

Created a scheduled down payment system utilizing RPGILE and embedded SQL

Bergquist is a world class manufacturer of touch screens, custom cords, custom switches and sol-pads for the automotive. Bergquist currently runs BPCS software.

Responsibilities and accomplishments include:

Technical Support of EDI Transmissions written by a contractor

Analysis of EDI in-house programs to ensure quality and Integrity of EDI forms and processing

Customer interfaces with customer IT department for all EDI forms (PO, acknowledgements, shipment status and invoicing

Written technical detail design documents of EDI to ensure quality programming of AS/400 consultants and ensure correct documentation

Project manager of all AS/400 consultants.

Support of 4 different divisions with over 300 BPCS users. Converted the electronics control group from a homegrown System 36 environment to the BPCS system.
