Working closely with engineers, quality control and technicians to further advance the production of Falcon jet interiors.
Hand lay up of prepreg, sound deafening materials, and core. Using hand tools to splice prepreg and core to ensure no voids are visible. Vacuum bag components for autoclave and oven cure. Inspection for leaks or tears in bag materials.
INTERIOR CABINET TECHNICIAN
Production of interior cabinets for the aircraft of Virgin Airlines Athena Program. Inspection of parts per inventory sheets to ensure all materials needed are complete. Prepping components by sanding and de-coring to ensure proper fit. Construction of cabinets per blueprint specs. Fill insert holes with filler, sand for smoothness and prep for painting.
ADVANCED METAL BONDER
Production of fuselage panels for G500 and G600 Gulfstream program. Prep all materials per quality control specs.
Hand lay up of metal components using Vertec machine to ensure proper alignment of all parts.

Experienced with a wide variety of tools and equipment necessary for fabrication and modification work including calipers, depth and height gauges, various pneumatic and battery powered tools. My experience with a wide variety of materials, fastener systems, and tooling has allowed me to become very efficient in performing various design and manufacturing jobs.
