Responsibilities and Contribution:

Alignment, erection and Preassembly

Supervise and handle 300 man power per day

Liaise with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project

Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and ensures that regulations are observed

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Engage in Billing, planning, cost estimation, budgeting, material procurement and scheduling

Prepare monthly invoices for the work executed

Assist in building and site layout surveys, on site material testing, component sourcing, vendor management etc

Accompany surveyors daily for measure meetings
