Conducted daily Construction Status calls with Nokia, SAC-W & Customer coordinating Site Acquisition, Material Logistics, NTPs, Site Build process and resource allocation.

Selected to support large customer contract to replace existing Cell Site Base Stations and rollout 3G and 4G services. Received project scope, identified key stakeholders, and analyzed stakeholder needs. Prepared project management plan and reviewed with stakeholders. Completed WBS to establish resource commitments and project schedule. Closely observed team performance to resolve all conflicts. Established communication plan to keep stakeholders informed.
