Construction of Airport Interchange on 18th November Street Project, Link 18th November Street with the new Muscat Airport,comprising a 6 line Flyover bridge structure,ramps, Hard and Soft landscaping and signalized junction. Widening of the existing 18th November Street to 3 lines in each direction, from 68th Street to the above mentioned new Interchange, including 3- Roundabouts and Street lighting.

Responsibilities

Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specification.

Maintain detailed diary of the day’s work activities issues, work approved or rejected,hours of operation, labor and equipment used .etc., and sign at the end of each day.

Coordinate with the Contractor’s foreman in charge of the work on a daily basis to check on the proper execution of the work.

Coordinate with the Survey Party Chief to check the line and grade of completed work for conformance with the plans and specification.

Report to the Resident Engineer any failure of the contractor to conform to plans specification and to provide good workmanship.

Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-built plans and work performed by the contractor on a day work basis.

Report and document any accident that occurs on site and notify the Resident Engineer immediately.

Enforce performance of the work in strict accordance with the approved safety plan.

Check detours and traffic control zones for proper placement of signs, barricades, and lights.

Responsibilities

To make Reinforcement detailed drawings & prepare BBS.

Execution of construction at site as per approved shop drawings and specification.

The job profile include execution of Civil / Structural work (Bridges & culverts)

To construct all necessary drainage networks and structures.

To construct of medians, foot paths parking, street lighting and electrical installation, various utility services, traffic signs and road markings and road sides features and all other necessary facilities.

Shifting and relocation of the existing utilities in coordination with all concerned authorities.

To execute construct of safety barrier and guard rails.
