●Conducting vehicle tests as per engineering specifications, including sensor installation, part installation, and data acquisition

●Testing component performance, vibration and Noise as well as system and actuation development

●Writing reports of product development lifecycle

●Preparing test plans to meet specific requirements of the product

●Provided test status and milestone charts to customers and development teams

●Co ordinated with design engineers in areas of product development issues

1. DAQ - New Product Testing & Validation - Instrumentation:

Strain measurement setup and data interpretation for MF6028 Compact High & Low Gear Lever.

MF 9500 EHH vs. Regular Draft Sensing trials - Instrumentation and test support

Temperature mapping trial Preparation in TREM 3A CRDi Engine.

Brake Test instrumentation setup preparation for all Variants

Steering test instrumentation setup preparation for all Variants

Front axle testing in MTS Proof load test.

Data collection & analysis of field failures pertaining to the project & initiating the test simulation. Data acquisition and validation done for Oil cooled Dual wet clutch and E-Boost trials in field. Interacting with various aggregates to discuss the issues observing during endurance trails. Reliability parts validation on parts of various types such as Improved Design/VAVE/Alternate Source.

Preparation of Vehicle for Pre-Homologation Trial.

Interpretation of New Regulation & status check of vehicle.

To Preparation for routine tests with interpretation of result.

2. DAQ - NVH - Instrumentation:

Noise Test and setup preparation for experimental trials.(including Homologation trials)

Vibration test for tractors. For Eg: s433 Engine in MF9000 Vehicle etc..

3. DAQ - Road Load Data Acquisition:

Torque measurement in all Rotating shafts.(Kadapa - PTO Torque Measurement)

Measurement of Wheel End torque in tractor in dynamic conditions with all implements.

MF241 Electric vs. Ordinary Fan Temperature Mapping Trials with all implements.

4. Vertical Endurance Test for all Variants seat in single axis.

5. Free Suspension Endurance Test for all Variants seat in MTS.

6. Road Load data Acquisition measurement for Tractor seat.

7. Vertical Endurance Test for all Variant seats

8. H1,H2 Test for all Variant seats.

9. EDP Test for all Variant seats.

10. Transmissibility and Natural Frequency measurent for all Variant seats.
