I take a order sheet and grab a certain pallet for whatever truck bay it is needed for go around and collect the product for the truck order and put it in the correct truck that it is for. Piggly wiggly Midwest- Sheboygan, WI

● I come grab my headset and see what department I will be in and grab my pallet jack make sure it is ok to use and grab a bill and go around and collect product that is needed for the bill and build a pallet and set it at it's correct dock location. Toro company – Plymouth,WI

Picker and Packer – April 2019 – October 2019

I come in check my schedule and see if I’m picking or packing and if I’m picking I grab my headset and log into whatever department I need to log into and print out my tickets for my orders and after I go around from picking my parts I’ll print off my pack list for each order and issue it out to each line it needs to go to. And if I’m packing I grab a tote that’s are done that’s on the line go over the packing list make sure everything matches up as the packing list and start packing the parts up and send them down the line.

Shipping and Receiver -July-2018 -February 2019

I put up product that comes from the operators and take the ticket and put the information in the system and mark the pallet and put the product in it’s location.

I take in all incoming packages from UPS,Fedx, etc and all incoming pallets from off the trucks and receive it in the system.

With out going pallets I load the pallets on the truck and have the driver sign the bill of landing and put the bill with the tickets.

I make sure that all the boxes for the machine operators are stocked restock the cores.

I stage pallets with product that is getting shipped out. Commercial Plastics – Kenosha,WI

Order Picker – February 3 2012 – May 20 2016

I go in check my schedule and see what jobs need to be done and I pick the components for the job and label them with the job number and set it to the side.

I transfer the pallets that comes off the lines and send the finish products to the shipping area and transfer the wip pallets to a location in the racks.

I pick more components if the lines run out of stuff that they need to finish the job. Summit Packaging systems – Racine,WI

Machine operator – May 24 2016 – April 22 2018

I check each machine that is running and sort the parts on a sorting table to make sure that there is no smash parts, dirty parts, and make sure that the parts are good and ok to run.

● I come in talk the information about the machines with the previous shift and see how many machines that I have to run and see what machines that is almost don’t with the order.

● I clean each mold so that they can run with good parts so that they want have any grease or anything wrong with the parts. I fix whatever problems the machines have and if it can’t be fixed I am to shut it down and write up a work order for the maintenance guys and let the QA know that the machine is down and that it’s not going to run.

● I collect sample shots for the QA every two hours from each machine that I have.

● I order more resin or colorant for the machine when it’s almost out. 2
