Worked in Project on RH Degasser

(hydrogen removing) in Steel melting shop and presently working for the maintenance of the Single stand Slab Caster, Four stand Combi caster, Six Stand Billet caster, Laddle Refine Furnace, VD (Vacuum Degasser), RH DEGASSER & 2x100T EAF. Project: SLAB CASTER continuous casting (285 X 2600 mm) Ø Worked in project of continuous casting 285 x 2600 mm Slab Caster and commissioning of the Allen-Bradley Power Flex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive versions 4.001& up

Ø Having thorough knowledge of reading of Rockwell PLC Logic 5563 and Allen- Bradley Power Flex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive. Ø Commissioning of Lenzing – Technik based marking systems with Siemens PLC S7- 300 & SIMODRIVE 611for slab caster.

Ø Commissioning of GEGA Torch cutting machine manufacture by SMS DEMEG with Siemens PLC S7-300.

Ø Commissioning of Deburring Machine manufacture by NUMETEC INTERSTAHL with Siemens PLC C7 & Lenze Global Drive EVF9321 toEVF9333 for slab caster. Ø Worked in project of 100T RUHRSTAHL HERAEUS DEGASSER with PREHEATER and MULTIFUCTIONAL LANCE and commissioning of the Allen-Bradley Power Flex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive and Rockwell PLC Logic 5563.

v Siemens PLC S7-300 for marking machines with SIMIDRIVE 611. v Installation, commissioning & maintenance of DB Electronics Make UPS, 2x20 KVA, & 7.5 KVA.

v Programming and calibration of control room and field instrument like transmitter for Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, Control valve, Indicators, Tacho- generator, Proximity switch & Encoder Lightning Barrier etc. used for Caster, RH Degasser, LRF & EAF (Electric Arc Furnace).
