1. On this job i was a training team lead over all new hires for 6yrs.I showed them how to debone whole fronts weekly on a producton training line.During this time I was in training for internship as a supervisor over the new hires. I provide good leadership skills and guidance through out my everyday duties. While in training i monitor my area for a safe, and productive environment making sure everyone i'm over fallowing their GMP and wearing there PPE properly.I kept records of my line down time and yield on a daily basics during my work hours.This jobs was a fast past job working with a lot of new and old associated.
