Job Responsibilities in Metal Forms:
Creating the CMM program for new components and validating the CMM reports.
Prepare the Job standards for Gauge calibration and CMM inspection.
To prepare the quality documents for new projects.
Communicate the Final and other inspection results to the customer and get the clearance for component dispatch.
Prepare the 8D reports for the customer complaints and in house NCR’s.
Conduct the awareness and quality alert meeting monthly twice with the production team for improving the customer quality.
Testing & inspection of Machining, Painting, Grit blasting & Metalizing processes.
Validate the new components and prepare the PAPP documents.
Select the measuring instruments & testing equipments for new products.
Initiating the daily activities of the line quality supervisors.
