At MarkMonitor, my role was to address any questions or concerns the client may have as well as verify, create, and process any actionable fraud pertaining to the client.
More specifically, I would:
Monitor SOC E-mail and phones for client questions or concerns

Notable Accomplishments:
Created Training material and Documentation for analysts in training
oDeveloped instructional documentation that provided newer analysts a guided walkthrough for important SOC procedures
Used numerical analysis methods to create a Time Series Analysis of our ticket database
oUsing the Pandas Data Analysis toolkit, I was able to:
identify invaluable trends in data by calculating the Rolling Average and the EWMA (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average) of SOC performance variables
identify trends in the Time Series decomposition by analyzing the ETS (Error-Trend-Seasonality) properties of the series
generate auto correlation plots to show correlation the Time Series has with itself in a previous state
oProvided Insight and graphical representations of an ARIMA model (Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average) of our ticket data. An ARIMA model makes it possible to provide a mathematical guess of future data points based on past data points
