• Research Project: Experimental & Numerical studies on composite deck slabs with floor openings,

(TCE). Jul’2019 – May’2020

o The capacity of a composite slab is mainly influenced by the longitudinal shear interaction at the interface between the steel deck and the concrete. The shear bond parameters of the deck profile were calculated by varying the shear span of the composite slab as per Design Standards. o Openings in a slab is necessary for providing service ducts. The effect of various sizes of the openings presented @ low shear and high shear regions of the slab are studied numerically analyzed in ABAQUS.

• UG Project: Manufacturing & experimental study on light weight synthetic (fly ash) aggregate.
