Product Engineer

Selected into the FCG (Ford College Graduate) program, a 2-year rotational development program to develop & enhance engineering and leadership skills.

Rotations included marketing, vehicle diagnostics, and manufacturing and new concept development. Upon successful completion, I was promoted to a project manager role in the FCSD (Ford Customer Service Department) for advanced diagnostic systems designs.

Led the launch of two prototype diagnostic tools related to management of electrical and mechanical automotive systems.

Extensive experience collaborating with suppliers and program designers as well as providing customer engagement for feedback and field testing with dealerships.

Provided leadership for full lifecycle of product development including design, testing, implementation and training for over 100 field technicians across the U.S.
