Al Hafiz Group (AHG) is a diversified business house engaged in a vast range of business activities such as commercial services & supplies, local manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution of various internationally renowned brands. Distribution of the brands like NIVEA, BIC, Davidoff Café, Barilla, Angel, Mechico comes under its business house. AHG started its operations in 1967 as a manufacturer of baby feeders. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all operational decisions in the Supply Chain domain which includes functions such as procurement, warehousing, trade imports & exports, transportation, freight forwarding and production planning.

Areas of expertise include contracts management, procurement, trading imports, exports, warehousing management and logistics.

Ensure that all purchase requisitions have been checked for accuracy whereby technically and commercially acceptable prior to procuring.

Prepare monthly production plan as per customer’s monthly / quarterly orders.

Prepare raw material requirement both local and imported.

Monitor Sales & Production as per target assign by Management.

Daily review meeting with all the concern dept.

Establish Critical list on daily basis for raw material.

Working in ERP system i.e. Oracle with Supply Chain Management Module.

Follow up Local & Import base raw material ordering.

Fortnightly intimation all Production, Raw material & Sales

Monitor the production as per planned through daily production meeting.

Ensure timely processing of bills and maintain balance of payments to suppliers.

Periodically review and evaluate relationships with existing suppliers and vendors to re-negotiate contracts, strengthen or discontinue business. Review and renew the contracts on due dates.

Periodically monitor and review inventory movement to plan procurement and distribution of stock to warehousing/stock points in different locations, in order to optimize freight costs and maintain a strong supply chain.

Follow up with the suppliers to ensure adherence to quality, quantity and delivery schedules. Ensure deliveries are as per purchase order and co-ordinate claims in case of damage or short shipment of material.
