2)Design engineer in TAN TOOLS AND GAUGES 2016 March to 2017 June.

3)Design,NPD and Quality Engineer in THIRUMAGAL INDUSTRIES 2015 March to 2016 march.

4)Quality engineer in M.K Engineering works from 2013 Nov -2015 March .

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY.

(1)Create wind turbine parts, sheet metal component, assembly and drawing in CREO and AUTOCAD.

(2)Basic design calculation and BOM creation .

(3)Designing receiver gauges and fixture as per requirement.

(4)Modify the R&D Drawing in to Production drawing and Create standards for various Process like (Machining, Welding, EP)

(5)Maintaining the drawings and models in WIND-CHILL(PDM).

(6)Detail Dimensioning and GD&T for manufacturing.

(7)Take corrective action for design complaints.

(8)Monitoring the ISO related activities such as

(ECR handling, Rev NO maintenance in BOM and Drawing, Handling internal auditing).

(9)Handling customer and supplier complaints and take corrective actions for their satisfaction.

(10)Supplier handling and selection.

(11) Co-ordinate with design, production, quality and purchase team.

(12) Stack up analysis for tolerance.
