design. Hands on experience in designing of sheet

metals, plastic parts and practical knowledge of

GD&T and Value Engineering.

Managed all phases of the design process and

development process for a multitude of products,

components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies,

including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing,

prototyping and documenting results.

Detail engineering design which includes plastic,

rubber, sheetmetal, machining, extrusion

components electrical harness routing.

Detailed design documentation and the preparation

of accurate and complete manufacturing drawings.

Interfaces regularly at a technical and management level with customer and vendor.

Resolves product design problems in conjunction

with technical customer representatives and assists in the implementation of resolutions.

Reverse engineering for product design and

development.
