Main Project: HEVC BASED INTRA PREDICTION SCHEME FOR COMPRESSION OF LIGHT FIELD IMAGES
Light field image compression is implemented in HEVC using macropixel based intra prediction scheme. The compression efficiency of the proposed scheme is evaluated and further two entropy coding techniques are compared and validated on the compressed light field images using objective quality metrics.
Mini Project: INDOOR LOCALIZATION OF WIFI ACCESS POINTS
The accuracy of indoor positioning using Wi-Fi can be substantially enhanced by appropriate access point placement strategies. The proposed method places WLAN access points for an indoor environment by choosing a proper set of access point locations so that the signal is maximized and the noise is minimized simultaneously.

Main Project: CLUSTER BASED ROUTING PROTOCOLS FOR UNDERWATER SENSOR NETWORKS
Implementing clustering can reduce the energy consumption increasing the lifetime of the nodes. The proposed method performs energy analysis for cluster based protocols when applied to underwater wireless sensor networks.
