Study the Precast Upstart Meeting (USM) and client’s IFC drawings for architectural, structural and electromechanical drawings and create precast G.A. drawing, plan, elevation, section, dowel layout, hollowcore slab layout, cladding panel layout, connection details and processing accurate fabrication shop drawings prior to productions i.e. boundary wall, footing, column, wall, copping, wheel stopper, barrier, pre-stressed beam, tee-slab, insulated panel etc. considering the company standards in pre- casting for client’s information / approval.
Create 3D for easy reference and visualization in order to take-off the quantity of a certain element.
Coordinate with draftsmen / designers, structural engineers, project engineers and design manager for various projects, reviewing designs, and checking accuracy of drawings.
Monitor daily the incoming and outgoing submission of drawings for approval, tabulate the drawing lists, i.e. shop drawings, fabrication drawings.
Participate in the meetings for weekly design projects status & any other duties as may be required.
Familiarize company software (HCS piece data, Tilt piece data and Piece data).
Allocate works to draftsman / detailer within each design group.
Conduct site ocular inspections in coordination with the team members of the projects.
Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally.
Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data.
Ensure the use of standardized forms and templates.
Compile incoming and outgoing emails and transmittal notes for easy access.
