As a STRUCTURAL/ REBAR DETAILER having 4+ years of experience in Structural Detailing, Rebar Detailing and checking for all kind of structures, preparing drawings for various civil structures reinforcement, concrete Shop Drawings for various international projects in Europe & India. I have acquired commendable skill in this job having worked in the Detailing department for the various fast track construction works like multistoried buildings, commercial and industrial complex etc. Worked and well versed in UK standards.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CURRENT COMPANY:

Working as a STRUCTURAL/REBAR DETAILER in SKYSCRAPER CREATORS, Trichy, India since March 2016 to till date

Checking the contract drawing and coordinating with the team mates for preparation of reinforcement details and Bar Bending Schedule for major projects in UK.

Reviewing general arrangement drawings, structural reinforcement instructions.

Preparing Post tensioning Tendon Layout plans.

Rebar shop drawings and bar bending schedule prepared for various elements like Slab, Beams, Column, Shear wall, Twin wall and Transfer beams for below given UK projects.

Drawing rebar for the structure with given data. Arranging detailed drawing in separate drawing sheets. Making separate bar list for bend bars. Drawing plan, layout with project documents.

Making a deep quality checking for the detailed drawing.

Records all reinforcing steel members required for each section of the structure then produce detailed placing drawings as well as the bar list needed for fabrication and bending (i.e. foundation, slab on grade, shear walls, shear wall columns, columns, beams, slabs, PT slabs).

Leading a team of detailers in the preparation of Bar Bending Schedules using RGS software used for bar bending schedule for the different structural elements of high rise buildings using British standard codes BS 8666.

Assist with the research of detailing, prefabrication, and field issues

Having ability to understand the structures and synchronizing the data with relevant drawings.

Having good exposure in rebar connections for segment to segment.

Generated 2D cad drafts and general layouts, assisted in creating design detail. Maintained, updated all drawings in database. Specified all dimensions & materials in civil plans. Checked drawings for conformity and accuracy, done other responsibilities as assigned.
