Developing inspection methods & monitoring system to assure conformance to required standards. Responsible in preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour, and services required in the construction and equipment of the building, or engineering works. Managing the construction process from the stage of conceptual development through final construction and making sure that the project gets done on time & within budget. Executive all types of civil works (RC Foundations, Grade Beams, Columns, Core Walls, Water Tanks, Roof Slabs and Finishing works).

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.

Monitoring finishing works and also like mechanical, electrical and plumbing(MEP), Fire and safety departments work also.

Responsible for CAD drawings preparation and updation Responsible for survey and site data collection and management Preparing 2D and 3D Drawings in AUTOCAD.

Detailing for RCC structure like a multistory building Preparing Structural Drawings, Processing the Bill for the Materials Drafting project in Commercial, Residential building & Road. Participate in design reviews with subcontractors, suppliers and design or project Engineers, project managers, site supervisors and field technicians in the office or on-site to ensure design intent and consistency

Analyze and interpret engineering data for construction Thoroughly and accurately document the project activities, design and Communications
