Involved in all SOP’s for the MS235 sachet machine. Monitored batching department on correct procedures for making BPO and Erythromycin.

I did full assessment of Maintenance department, production operators to staff a 24/7 production operation for the actipak product.

Worked with onsite Engineers with serialization of the actipak final packaged boxes Heavily involved in new Marchesini sachet machine being produced to replace the current MS235, including up coming FAT.
