Attend regular meetings with Project Managers and Construction Managers, Client and Consultants for progressreview.

Toestablishandimplementproductivitymonitoringandimprovementproceduresforensuringsavingson labourcosts.

Coordinate with Consultant representative for inspection of work progress.

Preparing billing as perBOQ.

To check the construction activities, quality of the material being used and theworkmanship.

Coordinate with workers regarding assembling of component maintenancework.

Material quality checks while material while entering the site as well as executiontime.
