(A) Managerial

• In charge of farm operations to ensure production to reach AVA target. Oversees work operations processes.

• Develop new SOPs, ensure workers are proficiently trained.

• Set up data system to ensure all operational data input are organizational, traceable and easily generated with Pivot Table.

• Co-design Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to deal with pest (leafminers, Diamond-back Moths, whiteflies) and disease (fusarium) issues
