ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
Analysis the in-process rejection through 5 Why Why analysis, Cause and effect diagram, QC story and 8D problem solving method.
Handling instruments like profile projector, roughness tester, contour measuring machine, micro height gauge(2D), bore gauge, air gauge, multi gauge, slip gauge, hardness tester, Millipore test, vernier caliper, micrometer and other instruments in QC.
Inspect, test or measure materials on products being produce.
Handling of customer complaint and submit 8D report/ 7 step report to customer.
Read all blueprints and specified sheets.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, Installation,testing, commissioning of HVAC SYSTEM
Attending all site co-ordination meeting with clients and consultant.
Get approved HVAC shop drawings, work method statement and project specification from project head.
Ensure HVAC Ducts fittings accessories and chilled water pipes fittings accessories are available and approved by inspection department.
Ensure sufficient hand tools,ladder,scaffolding are available for installation.
Coordinate with other discipline activities and ensure site clearance and arrange sufficient man power,ensure attend safety orientation and having proper PPE’S
Installation of heavy equipments likes AHU,ACU,CSU,CRAC UNITS with Accessories
(Motorized dampers,volume control damper, fire damper)
To maintain safe all construction HVAC and chilled water activities are carried out in company’s safety procedure.
Create and maintain all aspects of equipment design files.Performing calculations equipment selection,equipment specification, system design, system layout, field investigation and construction administration.
