• Result Orientated: I am all about production, doing things in a timely manner. But i still focus on results, making sure things are done right, and to company standards and specifications.

• Physical dexterity: as a derrickhand/roughneck, i am used to giving my all for 12-14 hours a day weather it be running the catwalk, using tools and pipe wrenches, as well as assembling tools. I am mentally fit and physically prepared to accomplish any job that requires physical labor.

• I have 2 ears and one mouth. I use them in proportion. I am no stranger to giving ideas when the time is right, but I also believe there is a time and place to speak.
