Worked as a system engineer Trainee in Infosys for 6 months (27th august 2018 to 15th March 2019):

I began my career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Pvt. Ltd, India, working from August 2018 to March 2019. Being one of the 65 selected from the 700 students who had attended the interview, I embarked on the rigorous training conducted by the company, mastering crucial concepts, such as Python, object-oriented programming, and data structures. Besides, I found the soft skills and business proficiency course to be enlightening due to the valuable life lessons it taught me about surviving the corporate world and the ills of being egoistic in a nurturing team environment. My past experience in my previous company gave me the confidence which led me to work for a tech giant, Amazon India Pvt. Ltd as a Data Associate in the Alexa Shopping division. I worked here for ten months, and during this time, I had the fortune of acquiring a thorough understanding of how to leverage customer data to draw actionable insights to enhance our customer service and business operations. These valuable learnings made me cognizant of my natural flair for the domain of day to day operations to help the productivity of my process as well as that of my team. One of the most stimulating periods of my tenure in Amazon was the time when I was asked to lead a team of newcomers during a project. The setting was perfect, I was a highly knowledgeable resource who was proficient in the domain of the project, Machine Learning annotations for Alexa devices that are exclusively for shopping, and I had a knack for management that I had cultivated since my formative years. I can vividly recall all the moments of this laborious undertaking as if it had happened yesterday because it required me to utilize every ounce of the skills that I have. I navigated through challenges, such as empathizing with newcomers, getting them acquainted with the company culture, and teaching them a complex subject matter, and quite soon, I turned the newcomers into versatile professionals who were dedicated to achieving the best results on the project.

Well this job position in this company gave me a new experience and knowledge on instant problem solving and providing immediate technical solutions for clients, I was assigned a project that provided a base for online education called TCS-ION that provided a base for other third party Universities and educational organisations to publish their course content on our platform, we have a huge customer base all around the world from different countries publishing their course materials on our platform, so for each and every client who publishes his content on our platform, has a specific requirement and will also require us to maintain a hassle free environment for the customer to use our tool with ease and precision, so the team I work in come up with ravaging ideas that help improve our tool so that the clients and their customers can use it with ease. This solution that I work for challenges my presence of mind and analytical ability since we get varying issues from the clients end that would require immediate attention and to be solved as quickly as possible with accuracy and perception.
