JOB SUMMARY.

Responsible for the Provision and Coordination of Seamless Logistical services for different clienteles (ETISALAT, KONGA, GLOBALCOM, BASF, KIMBERLY CLARK, JAGAL, SANOFI) Pan Nigeria.

Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan including Sales Volume Costs as well as distribution and profit objectives.

Develop Strategies to achieve Annual Targets.

Liaise with the Fleet Managers and Project Supervisors to ensure the best allocation/ utilization of the fleet to optimize product /stock rotation thus increase fleet turnaround time.

Provision of timely and seamless support for deliveries to various locations Pan Nigeria in accordance with the clients’ SLA.

Implements effective and economical traffic pattern and routes for deliveries.

Vetting of trip expenses including Gas consumption, Vehicle Maintenance/ Repairs and Financing.

Planning and Implementation of all Distribution Projects Pan Nigeria (KONGA Projects, KIMBERLY CLARK Projects, Unification Projects for Anti-Retroviral Drugs, Mass Campaign for Long Lasting Insecticide Nets/ SFFH).

FLEET CONTROLLER.

Overseas all aspects of Vehicle Management including Safety, Training and Financing.

Liaise with Government Agencies on the Regulation of Transport and Safety Issues for Fleet Operators.

Prepare monthly Bills for Joint Venture Partners.

Manage all Joint Venture Partners and ensure strict adherence to SLA.

Vet costs of Monthly Maintenance and serve as an advisor to the company of fleet related issues.

Prepare monthly Vehicle Utilization Report by mileage to monitor trucks’ performance.
